As you can see, we have a whole new site and have changed from simple html pages to a php-based content manager. The possibilities with this installation far exceed what we were able to acheive before and so we're really excited here at Spookamania! You may notice a few changes as you look around. What were once separate sites connected to a central page are now nothing more than different areas of the same site - as they should be - and this brings a unity Spookamania once lacked. (The archives and the forums are still separate installations and have not been integrated. The forum never will be, but there is currently a bridge to efiction in beta testing. Once it is released, which will be soon, the archive and the website will share a userbase. Registering once will allow user access to both sections. The forum will continue to require a separate registration.)
Currently, the content is pretty much what was already here prior to switching over. New content will be forthcoming and you can contribute now, too! Anyone interested in posting ghost experiences or who wants to add comments and tips to a writers resource article may do so as a member.
Please join the Spookamania community! And dont forget to sign up for our newsletter so you can stay up-to-date on new content and features.
Site looking a little bare?
Yeah, we know. As all fanfiction has been moved to the new fiction archives, HP-AGU is practically empty as it was - and always has been - centered on fanfiction. The good thing about this is the fact that all new content is in progress. Is there something related to Harry Potter that you'd like to see added to the site? Drop us a line with your ideas. You will see the addition of new video archives in HPAGU, Cafe de la Spooky (formerly Spooky's Tower) and Fortress of Insanity. More content coming to all of these areas.
All content from the old site was carried over for Daunting Hauntings and the Writers Resource. We apologize for the disaray, but wanted to bring you a current site with current content.
NEW PROFILES!!
Please register! All profiles are equipped with your own gallery for any non-pornographic pics you'd like to display for your visitors, a comment system similar to the one on MySpace, and "connections." The connections area is similar to the friends list on MySpace. Request a connection by visiting another profile and clicking the "request connection" button. That person must approve your request.

Disturbing the Dust
Chapter 6, entitled "Goodbye Cruel World" was posted last week. The chapter is about 7 pages in Word, 1 page longer than the average 3000 word chapter. Sara is experiencing the effects of a high school rumor mill and turns to Draco when she decides she can never go back to school again. Plans are made to stay on the island for an entire weekend. What will happen next?? You'll find out in chapter 7!
Draco & Sara Act II: One Night in Cairo
Although this story has been a long time in the making, I still work on it when I need a break from GiT2 and don't feel like writing "Dust." Chapter 12 was posted 4/26/08, furthering the adventure! Draco and Sara escape imprisonment and race through ancient Egypt, trying to blend - and trying to get back to the present. A new chapter soon!
Get Email Updates!
Be in the know! Yes, the newsletter goes out whenever a new chapter of GiT2 is posted but it may not be sent the moment the chapter is up. It also doesnt detail what other stories are updated. The very best way to assure you're notified is to register in the fiction archives, enable email notifications, and add SpookyMulder as a fav author. You'll be the first to know!
